This is the About Us page of Aarisha Packaging Solutions Pvt Ltd, a manufacturer of corrugated boxes, industrial cartons, corrugated rolls and protective packaging working out of the Adityapur Industrial Area of Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, since 2012. We sit inside the same industrial belt that feeds the steel, automotive and engineering units of East India — which is exactly the load profile our cartons are built around.

Incorporated as a private limited company in 2012 (CIN U21000JH2012PTC000241), the company has grown from a single corrugation line into a full conversion setup supplying manufacturers, exporters, warehousing operators, logistics firms and ecommerce sellers across Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha and West Bengal. Over fourteen years we have supplied 5+ million boxes to more than 200 regular clients, run by a team of 50+ people across production and operations.

What sets the work apart is that every order starts with the load, not the catalogue. We ask what the product weighs, how it ships and how high it stacks in the warehouse — then match the ply, board GSM and flute to that. Our technical head, S.B. Pandey, has spent 22+ years on the corrugation floor, and that judgement is the reason a box leaves our plant engineered for its route rather than pulled off a generic rate card.

What We Manufacture

We run a complete industrial packaging line under one roof, so businesses source the box, the protective fill and the sealing consumables from a single supplier. The range covers 3-ply, 5-ply and 7-ply corrugated boxes, bottom-lock cartons, universal boxes, ecommerce mailer boxes, die-cut boxes, duplex paper boxes and food-grade pizza boxes.

On the materials side we supply corrugated paper sheets, corrugated rolls, air bubble rolls, EPE foam rolls, BOPP tape, shrink wrap and polypropylene strapping.

Quality Tested on Every Production Run

We produce kraft board boxes from 120 GSM to 300 GSM in burst factor grades of 18 to 32, with flute profiles from single-wall A, B, C and E through to BC and EB double-wall combinations. The flute and ply are chosen by stacking height, so the bottom layer of a pallet holds its column load without crushing.

Before dispatch, every run is checked on the two numbers that decide whether a carton survives transit — Edge Crush Test (ECT) for stacking strength and Bursting Strength for puncture and drop resistance — along with compression and material-durability checks. The result holds up through warehousing, long-haul transport and export handling.
