Air Bubble Roll Manufacturer in Jamshedpur

Aarisha Packaging Solutions Pvt Ltd supplies air bubble rolls from our Adityapur facility in Jamshedpur. Air bubble roll — commonly called bubble wrap — is a flexible plastic cushioning material with regularly spaced air-filled bubbles that absorb impact and vibration during product storage and transit.

We supply air bubble rolls in bulk to ecommerce sellers, electronics manufacturers, glassware businesses, ceramics exporters, pharmaceutical companies, and fulfilment centres across Jharkhand, Bihar, Odisha, and West Bengal.

What Is Air Bubble Roll?

Air bubble roll is manufactured from two layers of low-density polyethylene film — one flat backing sheet and one sheet thermoformed into a regular pattern of dome-shaped air pockets. The air trapped inside each bubble absorbs impact energy when the wrapped product is dropped, compressed, or vibrated during transit.

The cushioning effect comes from the air inside the bubbles — when a bubble is compressed by an impact, the air redistributes the force across a larger area rather than transmitting it directly to the product surface.

Small bubble vs large bubble: Small bubble rolls (10 mm diameter) provide better surface coverage and suit lightweight, surface-sensitive products like electronics, glassware, and ceramics where scratch prevention and light impact absorption are the priority. Large bubble rolls (25–30 mm diameter) provide deeper cushioning for heavier, more fragile items needing significant impact absorption.

Our Air Bubble Roll Range

10 mm

Small Bubble Roll

Standard small bubble cushioning roll — 10 mm diameter, 8 mm height. Best for lightweight, surface-sensitive products: electronics, glassware, ceramics, cosmetics, retail. The most widely used variant for ecommerce and courier packaging.

25 mm

Large Bubble Roll

Heavy-duty large bubble roll — 25 mm diameter, 15 mm height. Significantly more cushioning depth than small bubble. Best for heavy glassware, industrial equipment, fragile machinery components, and high-value items needing maximum protection.

Anti-Static

Anti-Static Roll (Pink)

Pink anti-static roll for electronics, PCBs, and semiconductor components sensitive to electrostatic discharge. The additive dissipates static charge during wrapping, storage, and transit. Essential for electronics manufacturers and component suppliers.

Why Choose Aarisha Packaging for Air Bubble Rolls?

  • Consistent Bubble Inflation — uniform air pressure in every bubble across the full roll length for consistent cushioning end to end.
  • Strong Film — high-quality LDPE resists puncture and tearing; bubbles stay inflated through the full transit cycle.
  • Wide Width Range — 400 mm to 1200 mm, from small product wrapping to large appliance and furniture protection.
  • Double Layer Available — extra film strength and better bubble retention under compression for high-value wrapping.
  • Anti-Static Option — pink anti-static roll for electronics manufacturers in the Adityapur corridor.
  • Bulk Pricing — significant per-roll reduction for orders above 50 rolls; pallet-quantity pricing on request.
  • Fast Dispatch — standard sizes within 2–3 working days; custom specs within 5–7 working days.
  • Direct Factory Pricing — CIN-registered supplier (U21000JH2012PTC000241), no middleman, 14 years’ experience.

Applications

Ecommerce & Courier

Wrapping fragile products before mailer or shipping boxes — reduces transit damage and returns for Amazon, Flipkart, and Meesho sellers.

Electronics & Durables

Phones, laptops, tablets, appliances, and components. Anti-static variant essential for PCBs and semiconductor parts.

Glassware & Ceramics

Individual wrapping of glass bottles, ceramic tiles, crockery, decorative items, and lab glassware before boxing.

Pharmaceuticals

Cushioning glass vials, ampoules, IV bottles, and fragile medical devices inside corrugated shipping cartons.

Furniture & Home Goods

Glass tabletops, mirrors, picture frames, polished wood surfaces, and fragile furnishings during relocation.

Industrial Components

Precision machined parts, instruments, gauges, and fragile components in the Adityapur manufacturing corridor.

Single Layer vs Double Layer

Standard

Single Layer

One layer of bubbles bonded to one flat backing sheet. Suitable for most standard wrapping. Lower cost per metre. Best for lightweight to medium-weight fragile products.

Maximum Protection

Double Layer

Two layers of bubble film — stronger puncture resistance and better bubble retention under compression. Recommended for high-value products, sharp-edged items, and goods needing maximum protection in long-distance transit.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the difference between small bubble and large bubble roll?

Small bubble (10 mm) gives better surface coverage and suits lightweight, surface-sensitive products where scratch prevention is the priority. Large bubble (25 mm) gives deeper cushioning for heavier, more fragile items. As a rule: small bubble under 2 kg, large bubble above 2 kg.

How many layers of bubble wrap should I use?

One layer is sufficient for most standard fragile products in courier shipments. Two layers for high-value items, glass, and sharp-edged products that could puncture the first layer. Three or more for extremely fragile items or long-distance export.

Can bubble wrap be reused?

Yes, once. After the first transit cycle most bubbles lose some inflation from compression, so reuse provides less cushioning than new roll. For high-value products, always use new bubble roll.

What width bubble roll do I need?

400–500 mm for small products (electronics accessories, cosmetics, small ceramics); 750 mm for medium products (bottles, glassware, consumer goods); 1000–1200 mm for large products (appliances, furniture panels, large ceramics). Our team confirms the right width for your dimensions.

Is anti-static bubble wrap necessary for all electronics?

Anti-static is essential for bare PCBs, semiconductor components, and modules without protective casing. For fully assembled consumer electronics in their own housing — phones, laptops, tablets — standard transparent wrap is generally sufficient. When in doubt, use anti-static; the cost difference is minimal.
